On May 20, 2013, we will be making a change to our telephone banking to better serve you. The telephone number will remain the same, 888-887-5757, but you will notice a change the first time you call the new service.
You will only be asked to enter this information once.
After May 20, 2013, the first time you call telephone banking, you will be asked to enter your full checking, savings or loan account number.
Once you have verified the account number is correct, you will be asked if you have a 6 digit PIN (personal identification number) - select or speak “NO”.
You will then be asked to enter or speak your full social security number or tax identification number (XXX XX XXXX),
and your 8 digit date of birth (MMDDYYYY).
The new telephone banking will then guide you through setting up a new 6 digit PIN.
You will use your login account number and this code to access your accounts during future calls.
I FORGOT MY PIN! If you forget your 6 digit PIN, you may reset your code in the system at any time. When the system requests your six digit PIN, select or speak “NO”. You will then be asked to re-enter your full social security number or tax identification number and your 8 digit date of birth (MMDDYYYY). This information will be electronically verified and telephone banking will then guide you through setting up a new 6 digit PIN.
If the information you enter does not match the information we have on record, a representative from Bank of Delight will contact you within 48 hours to verify your identity and help you restart the service.
