Security of your Personal and Banking Information is our #1 Concern.

Bank of Delight uses Multifactor Authentication to verify access to our Online Banking site.  This process has several layers of security/verification requirements that must be completed correctly before access to secure information is granted.

Bank of Delight's verification requires our customer to input his/her USER ID & PASSWORD, along with correctly verifying a Random Code.  The user must correctly answer one challenge question.  (If you have selected to "remember your computer" the challenge question will be by-passed.)

The user must also verify his/her SECURITY KEY.  This is a word or number (or combination of both) you created during the setup process.  This image is located and displayed in RED in the upper left corner of each screen viewed within Online Banking (i.e. account balances, check images, bank statements histories, etc).  The SECURITY KEY is for the customer's recognition to guarantee that the website being viewed is the actual Bank of Delight website.

    *Email is not a "secure" method of communication.  We advise you NOT to send any personal information (ex: name, social security #, account #, etc) via email.  Our Online Banking has a feature called "SECURE MESSAGING" which transmits data directly to Bank of Delight without ever using the world wide web.  You may submit your questions within Online Banking and feel confident that your personal information is safe.  Protecting your personal information is priority at the Bank of Delight.  If you have any questions concerning this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
